Trina - Receptionist

Trina joined Chelmer Dental in September 2024. After working in the beauty industry for 8 years, Trina made the career switch to dentistry and has been enjoying it immensely for the past 11 years.

In that time, Trina completed her Cert III in dental assisting and worked in administration and dental practice management. Her favourite dental specialty is tooth extractions. We are delighted to welcome Trina to the team.

In her free time, Trina enjoys watching K-dramas and loves taking her two boys out for quality family time.

Paige - Dental Assistant

Paige completed her Certificate III in dental assisting in 2020 after working alongside a paediatric dentist and periodontist. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry ranging from general family dentistry to oral surgery.

In January 2023, Paige relocated from Adelaide to Brisbane to study Registered Nursing at Central Queensland University. In her free time, Paige enjoys travelling and playing with her new puppy, Roxie.

We are very pleased to welcome Paige to the Chelmer Dental team and wish her all the best in her studies.

Helen - Dental Assistant / Receptionist

Originally from South Korea and having grown up on Cairns, Helen relocated to Brisbane in 2017. Having always had an interest in the health industry, she has been working as a dental assistant for the past year and is currently studying optometry full-time.

Helen’s special interests include dental surgery and fixed prosthodontics. In her free time, she enjoys catching up with her friends and spending time with her cat, Hiro.

Helen joined Chelmer Dental in early 2023, usually on reception on Saturdays and often working chairside during the week. We are very happy to have Helen as part of our team.

Raquel - Dental Assistant / Receptionist

Originally from the North Island of New Zealand, Raquel moved to Australia with her family in 2010. Her favourite thing about Queensland is the weather (when it's not too hot).

Raquel started dental assisting in 2021 and completed her Certificate III training in October 2022.

Raquel joined the Chelmer Dental team in February 2023. She loves all aspects of general dentistry and really enjoys assisting chairside. She hopes to grow within this industry and is looking forward to learning more.

In her free time, Raquel enjoys listening to music and taking her dog, Haku, for walks.

Erin - Dental Assistant

Originally from Brisbane, Erin joined our team in May 2024 and has always had special interest in the health industry.  She is currently a fourth-year university student in Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.

Her favourite part of being a dental assistant is working with Invisalign, preventative dentistry and making people smile!

In her free time, she loves painting and spending time with her two staffy dogs.  One day she would love to travel the world.

Angie - Dental Assistant

Angie joined our team in August 2024. She loves working in dental because she is passionate about health care and enjoys the busy hands-on role of being a chairside dental assistant.

Angie’s favourite parts of dentistry include restorative and surgical. She is currently a university student, studying optometry. In her free time, she enjoys reading, pilates and self-care.

Jana - Dental Assistant

We welcomed Jana to the team in December 2024. Originally from Adelaide, Jana moved to Brisbane to study optometry and is enjoying her studies so far. Having always been drawn to the health care industry, Jana has found dentistry to be a fascinating and fast-paced field with ever-changing science and techniques.

Jana enjoys being a part of the patient care experience at Chelmer Dental. Her favourite procedures to assist are routine patient check-ups and cleans, restorative treatment and root canal treatment.

In her free time, she likes to stay active, go running and keep fit at the gym. She also enjoys spending time with friends and looking after her 2 cats, Bella and Happy.

Eliza - Dental Assistant

We are delighted to welcome Eliza to the Chelmer Dental team in December 2024. Eliza has been working as a dental assistant for three years.

Eliza was first attracted to dentistry after having her own positive experiences visiting the dentist as a kid. She saw an opportunity to not only work in a field that interested her, but would also allow her to help create that same warm, comforting environment for others.

Her favourite aspect of dental is seeing a patient satisfied with their teeth, whether it’s from achieving a great smile or finding relief from pain.

Eliza loves spending her free time in the garden, going to the beach or spending time with family and friends. She is also a bit of an adrenaline junkie and loves activities like bungy jumping!

Kaitlyn - Receptionist

Kaitlyn first started working in dental in 2011 as a chairside assistant. She and Dr Greg previously worked together at a family dental practice in Ipswich in 2017. Fast-forward to 2023, we were very excited to welcome Kaitlyn to the Chelmer Dental team in July 2023.

Kaitlyn loves the happy impact that dentistry can have on a person’s appearance, their life and all-around health. Her special interests in dentistry include cosmetic restorations and veneers. 

In her free time, Kaitlyn loves reading. She is a mother of two boys.
